Documents Toolbar

The Documents Toolbar appears on the Documents screen and will help you navigate through the content in your library.

 

Desktop

 

There are six main components of the Documents Toolbar when using a desktop computer:

 

 

1. Prev Section will move back a section in the publication from the one you are viewing.

2. Next Section will move forward a section in the publication from the one you are viewing.

3. Prev Result will take you to the document on the list of search results previous to the one you are viewing.

4. Next Result will take you to the document on the list of search results after the one you are viewing.

5. Highlights will highlight/un-highlight the search terms you've used. Highlights are turned "on" by default.

6. Add Bookmark will save the page you're viewing to the Bookmarks page.

 

Mobile

 

There are five main components of the Documents Toolbar when using a mobile device:

 

 

1. Prev Section will move back a section in the publication from the one you are viewing.

2. Next Section will move forward a section in the publication from the one you are viewing.

3. Prev Result will take you to the document on the list of search results previous to the one you are viewing.

4. Next Result will take you to the document on the list of search results after the one you are viewing.

5. Add Bookmark will save the page you're viewing to the Bookmarks page.

 

Note: Highlights are turned "on" by default and cannot be turned off.
