Why can't I search from the Main Toolbar?

The Quick Search only appears on the Main Toolbar when using a desktop computer or mobile device with larger screen dimensions. If you wish to perform a Quick Search from a mobile device, click the Search button on the Main Toolbar and type your query into the search box.
