Printing Multiple Documents

Printing multiple documents can be done easily from a desktop computer:

  1. While viewing a document, click the Print button on the Main Toolbar.

  2. On OnLAW's print dialogue, select Print multiple documents by choosing from the ToC on the left.

  3. Once the Table of Contents populates with empty checkboxes, select the content you want to print by checking the boxes next to the appropriate sections.

  4. Click the Print button on the print dialogue.

  5. Your browser's print menu will display, as well as a new window previewing the documents you've selected.

  6. Click the Print button on your browser's print menu.

Printing Forms

Some forms (i.e. Judicial Council forms) are delivered as images as opposed to text. Printing these forms in a multiple document print job is not recommended - it's best to print these pages separately by using the built-in Print button at the top of each form.

Notes:

  • Make sure your security software and/or web browser is set to allow popup windows from OnLAW. You will not be able to complete your print job without OnLAW's preview window displaying.

  • Feature not enabled for mobile devices.
