Search Within

Found on the Results screen, the Search Within feature will allow you to narrow the results of Word and Quick searches.

 

Desktop

 

To search within results from a desktop computer:

 

  1. Click inside the Search Within box on the Results Toolbar.

  2. Enter your query.

  3. Click the Go button.

 

 

Search History & Editing a Search Within Query

 

Word Search

 

Terms you've used for the Search Within query will appear as an "All these words" search in your search history.

 

 

Thus, when editing a Word Search where you have used the Search Within feature, the Search Within query will display in the "All these words" search box on the Word Search screen. From here you may remove or adjust the Search Within query.

 

Quick Search

 

Terms you've used for the Search Within query will appear with the "&" symbol to the left of the query both in your search history and when editing the search.

Mobile

 

To search within results from a mobile device:

 

  1. Tap the Search Within magnifying glass icon on the Results Toolbar.

  2. Enter your query into the search box.

  3. Tap the Search button.

Word Search

 

Terms you've used for the Search Within query will appear as an "All these words" search in your search history.

 

 

Thus, when editing a Word Search where you have used the Search Within feature, the Search Within query will display in the "All these words" search box on the Word Search screen. From here you may remove or adjust the Search Within query.

 

Quick Search

 

Terms you've used for the Search Within query will appear with the "&" symbol to the left of the query both in your search history and when editing the search.
